| Error when starting up Outlook or MS Office |
|
| |
If you get the above error when starting up Outlook, Word, Excel, or
Powerpoint it means that your user ID and password stored in the SalesTrainingDrivers
toolbar is out of synch with your password on the portal. To fix
this you must update your user ID and/or password in the toolbar.
• When in Outlook, open the "Tools > Options" menu
• Click on the SalesTrainingDrivers tab
• Enter your user ID and password and click OK

If you get the above error when logging in it means you did not properly log
out of your last session. The system will automatically time you out after 120
minutes or you can request to be logged out by entering in your user ID
and password below:
